Table booking for restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues

The booking system you set up yourself today.

Tablekeep is table-booking software for restaurants and hospitality venues. It lives on your own website, for one flat monthly price. No commissions, no per-cover fees, no sales call to find out what it costs, and your guest list stays yours. Made and looked after in Adelaide, Australia.

No fees per booking, you're live in under 30 minutes, and there's a 30 day money-back guarantee.

See it work

Your room, and who is in it tonight

Six o'clock on a Friday and the room is filling. You can see the whole night at a glance: who is already sitting down, who is due in ten minutes, and the table booked for seven whose guests still have not walked in. When the next booking arrives, the table to give them is already lit up.

  • A party of ten rings up and you can say yes without doing sums
  • Somebody walks in at seven and you know in a second if you can seat them
  • New staff can run the door on their first shift without being taught

Why venues choose us

Not a feature list. The three things a venue notices in the first month.

Fewer no-shows

Reminders that actually arrive, because we follow the email and texting practices most systems skip. Guests change or cancel themselves in one tap instead of simply not turning up. And on Pro you can hold a card against the booking, so the table that costs you the most is the one least likely to vanish.

Your team is on the floor, not on the phone

Bookings arrive from your website and your booking page while service runs. Walk-ins and phone calls land in the same book, so nobody retypes anything or reconciles a diary against a screen. The hours that went on admin go back into looking after the room.

You recognise the regulars

Every booking carries who they are: how many times they have been, the allergy, the anniversary, and what they spent if your till is connected. Your team greets them by name and gives them the good table, without anyone having to remember.

Who it's for

Built for the venue you actually run

Independent restaurants, cafés, pubs, wine bars, and the groups that run several of them.

A waiter pouring for a seated guest during evening service

Restaurants

Sittings, turn times and a floor plan that keeps up when the whole room lands at seven.

A barista working the espresso machine at a cafe counter

Cafés

Walk-ins first, bookings alongside them, and a book a new starter can run on their first shift.

A bartender making a drink behind a dark timber bar

Pubs and wine bars

Areas, close-outs and a waitlist, so a busy Friday does not become a paper list behind the till.

A warm-lit bar and staircase in a second venue at the end of service

Groups

Two restaurants or ten, on one login, each paying on its own card, with guest history that follows a regular between them.

One flat price a month, all in.

No setup fee, no fee per booking, no lock-in. Your guest list leaves with you.

Running more than one venue?

$109 a venue a month · $1,090 a venue a year

Everything in Pro at every venue, one login to switch between them, and a regular's history follows them from one room to the next. Each venue keeps its own card and its own invoice, so venues under different owners can each pay their own way. Per-venue pricing applies once you have two, and goes back if you ever return to one.

Get started

*Texts are the one thing you pay for separately. They go to guests who leave a phone number and no email address, so their booking still reaches them. Every plan includes free texts each month; after that you top up in advance, from 10c a text depending on the pack size. We tell you before you run low, because a guest with no email address has no other way to hear from you.

What's in each plan

Bookings, emails and guests are unlimited on every plan. You pay the same on your busiest night as your quietest.

The app your team runs service on

Try out our system for free before buying.

The real app, not a video and not a screenshot. You land on tonight's service at Demo Bistro with the book already full, and it resets every night, so there is nothing you can break.

  • Seat a table and watch the floor change
  • Take a walk-in at seven with the room half full
  • Close the terrace and see where the bookings go
  • Sketch your own floor and drag the tables around

We email the link rather than leave the door open in the page source. One email, link inside, and a real person reads the reply if you send one.

Switching

You do not start from scratch

Your guest list is yours, and it comes with you: names, contacts, dietary notes and the things your team wrote down about a regular, so nobody starts the first night from an empty book.

Coming from a system that charges per booking? See what those fees cost you in a year. Or one that is closing down in Australia, on another flat fee, or taking bookings by phone.

1

Guided, not guessed at

Setting up walks you through bringing your guests across. Some systems have a guided importer built for their export; for anything else, send the file and we map it for you rather than leaving you to it.

2

Live in under 30 minutes

Email works straight away and the widget is one line of code. There is nothing technical to configure first, so you can be taking bookings the same afternoon.

3

At your own pace, not ours

No compulsory hour on a call with a salesperson before you can start. Set it up when it suits you, with a practice service you and a new starter can run on a Tuesday afternoon, and a real person to reach the moment you actually need one.

Built around you

You ask for it, and it gets built

Report a problem or suggest an improvement from inside the app and it reaches our dev team directly, rather than a ticket queue that never replies.

  • Can we join two tables for a party of ten? Joined tables shipped.
  • Can I close just the courtyard, just for tonight? Close-outs by area shipped.

Questions, answered plainly

What is Tablekeep?
An easy, affordable online booking system for Australian restaurants: one flat monthly price, no fees per booking or per diner, and your guest list stays yours.
How much does it cost?
Flat monthly pricing from A$79 a month (Entry), with a Pro tier at A$119 a month that adds deposits and no-show protection. Prices are in AUD. There are no per-booking or per-cover fees at any tier.
Do you charge a fee per booking?
No. You pay one flat monthly price, the same on your busiest night and your quietest. No commission and nothing per cover.
How long does it take to set up?
Most venues are up and running in under 30 minutes. Email confirmations work straight away with nothing technical to configure, and the booking widget is a single line of code on your website (or we add it for you).
Can I bring my existing guest list?
Yes. You can bring your existing guests across, names, contact details and notes, so your regulars are recognised from day one. You own your data and can export it any time.
Will it work with my website?
Yes. Add the booking widget to any website with one line of code, or use a hosted booking page if you do not have a website. A one-click WordPress plugin is coming soon.
Can I run more than one venue on one account?
Yes. Sign up your first venue, then add the others from your settings. If a venue you run is already on Tablekeep under its own login, you can invite it to join instead, and its owner accepts. Either way you get one login for all of them, switch between venues in a click, and see guest history shared across the group. Pricing becomes A$109 per venue a month once you have two, and if you ever drop back to a single venue the price returns to the single-venue rate automatically.
Can each venue in a group pay separately?
Yes. Every venue keeps its own subscription, so each one can be paid on a different card and gets its own invoice and its own renewal date. That suits groups where the venues are separate businesses or have different partners. If one venue ever lapses, only that venue is affected and the others keep running.
What makes it different from other booking systems?
Straight pricing you can read before you talk to anyone, confirmations and reminders that actually reach the inbox, and a system simple enough to run yourself. Underneath, a booking engine that will not double-book or lose a table. And an Australian maker who ships the improvements you ask for.
What if my current booking system is closing in Australia?
We bring your existing guest list across for you and get you live quickly, so a platform winding down never disrupts your bookings.
What happens if it goes down on a Saturday night?
We publish a live status page, linked in the menu at the top of this page and updated automatically, so you never have to take our word for it. If something is wrong you can reach a real person, and a booking that arrives during an interruption is never silently lost.
Where are you based?
Tablekeep is Australian made and supported, built in Adelaide, Australia.
